Coaching 4C is the coaching company to enable you to support members of your workforce to achieve their potential for the good of the company and for themselves.

If you notice that your team tends to waste energy by being negatively competitive, 4C will enable you to consider options. We have the skills to support you in developing your team so that they are conflict resolving, co-creative with increased productivity.

4C will support you to develop your own potential as well as that of others. And, if you wish to create a Positive Leadership culture we will be there with you all the way, enabling you to enhance communication processes and therefore relationships.

When you need to avoid major difficulties and ensure you have taken account of as many consequences as possible we will be there to enable you to foresee (4C) the implications of options.

Coaching 4C give consideration to the context of the commission, the importance of making contact with all stakeholders and setting a clear contract and ensuring the content is appropriate and relevant to that contract.
